This information provides a basis for future decisions. My personal experience has taught me that documentation is the cornerstone of successful predictive maintenance programs. I have found it convenient to maintain this information on the back of my machine set-up sheets. Simply scribbling a few notes on the back after an analysis has saved time and face when customers questions my findings.
